Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Change Management and Training Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading program activities and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills is essential.
Internal Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of training and change management projects
· Identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement
· Share best practices across disparate teams ·
· Support the change management team through the production and revision of change management collateral.
· Manage client relationships and serve as a point of escalation for questions and concerns.
· Prepare updates and briefing documents for leadership to advise on the status of each assigned project.
· Assess, manage, and report on program risks and influencing activities as a trusted agent
· Ensures work products meet (and frequently exceed) quality requirements
· Monitor and controls work, anticipating and avoiding issues to the maximum extent possible
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci,).
· Strong project management skills (e.g. PMP)
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
· Self-starter, confident and driven with strong organizational skills
· Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems
· Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, showing a willingness to take on new challenges, and aspiring to contribute significantly to the organization’s growth and success Education, certifications, or experience
Strongly Preferred Skills:
· Bachelors plus a minimum of 8 years with full project management experience
· PMP strongly preferred
· PROSCI certification strongly preferred
· Previous Oracle Health strongly experience preferred
· Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred
Required travel up to 10% · US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
